Well prepared for a holiday to Zoutelande
Strandhotel Zoutelande is located at the bottom of the dike in Zoutelande. Here you are literally with your feet in the sand within 2 minutes.
Prior to your stay
Reservations, changes & cancellations
Good to know: booking through our website is always cheaper than through an online booking agent. Keep an eye on our newsletter for offers, promotions and discount codes.
Would you like to change your reservation? Check if your booking conditions allow it. If you have booked directly with us, we will take care of it right away. If you have made a reservation with an online booking agent, please contact them.
Pets
Your dog is also welcome at Strandhotel Zoutelande! The additional costs will be € 15,- per night. Dogs can stay overnight in the rooms on the ground floor. One dog per room is allowed.
- Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant from 7:00 am to 11:00 am due to the breakfast that is served at that time.
- Dogs are not allowed to sit on the hotel beds and furniture.
- It is not allowed to leave the dog unattended in the hotel room when
you leave the hotel yourself.
- The owner of the dog is held liable for the repair costs for damage to
the interior
- We reserve the right to charge extra cleaning costs in case of
excessive soiling of the room.
- You can walk the dog through the main entrance and outside the
hotel grounds.
- Dogs must be dry and clean before entering the hotel.
Dogs are only allowed in the Double Rooms or Double Rooms with Terrace. Unfortunately there is no possibility to bring your pet in the single rooms or budget double rooms.
Check in and check out
You can access your room after 15:00 pm. We ask you to check out by 11:00 am. at the latest.
The tourist tax is € 2.00 per person per night.
Guestkey
On the day of arrival you will receive an email from us with a link to our "Guestkey". This allows you to open the doors digitally with your smartphone. You will also find further information for during your stay here. And of course also access to our free Wi-Fi.
Breakfast
Breakfast is provided buffet-style every day in our restaurant from 08:30 to 11:00.
Groups and children
Our rooms are suitable for two persons. In most rooms it is possible to place an extra bed. You can indicate this as an "extra" when you make your reservation. It is also possible to place a baby bed on request. Of course you can also bring your own.
Reception
From 8:00 am till 5:00 pm, our colleagues at the reception are ready to help you with all your questions! Do you have a question, remark or have you forgotten something? We will arrange it for you!
Of course we can also be reached by phone + 31 (0) 118 562 040 within the reception services. Afterwards and at night we can be reached in an emergency on a special number.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, you are also welcome to contact us. If you have a problem or complaint, please let us know immediately so that we can still be of service to you during your stay.

Housekeeping
Your room is typically checked on a daily basis.
But you can also tell us not to do so. When you check in, we will ask you if you would like to have your room cleaned daily. If you tell us not to do so, we will donate € 1.50 per day to our Tree Plan. Here you can read about this tree plan.
Parking
Paid parking applies everywhere in Zoutelande from March 1 to October 31. If you make a reservation at Strandhotel Zoutelande, you will receive a parking permit for ZONE 3 in Zoutelande. You can remain parked on the day of arrival from 13:00 until the day of departure 12:00.
When you check in, our colleagues at the reception will ask you for your license plate, they will also immediately explain where to park the car
At the end of your stay
